    Can these backgrounds/ wall papers legally be used on a website as a background? How do you go about getting a commercial license to use them?

    In time of posting beach wallpapers/backgrounds I was unable to find license or copyright information regarding to this images.
    So yes, I would say that you are free to use this beach wallpapers for your site as background.
